Invitation for tenders Moldova 16.07.2026 25.08.2026 This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published in the Procurement Notices section of Nefco’s website (https://www.nefco.int) on 16.12.2024. District of Ialoveni hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) and a grant from the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (E5P), administered by and provided through NEFCO, as well as local budget funds towards the cost of “Energy efficiency improvements of healthcare Centres in the District of Ialoveni”. The Employer now invites tenders from Contractors fort the following contracts: Lot 1, Energy Efficiency Measures in the Healthcare Centre in Rusestii Noi village (address: Public Medical and Sanitary Institution (PMSI), Ruseștii Noi Commune, Ialoveni District, Republic of Moldova); Lot 2, Energy Efficiency Measures in the Healthcare Centre in Ulmu village (address: Public Medical and Sanitary Institution (PMSI), Ulmu Village, Ialoveni District, Republic of Moldova); Lot 3, Energy Efficiency Measures in the Healthcare Centre in Vasieni village (address: Public Medical and Sanitary Institution (PMSI), Văsieni Village, Ialoveni District, Republic of Moldova); Lot 4, Energy Efficiency Measures in the Healthcare Centre in Milestii Mici village (address: Public Medical and Sanitary Institution (PMSI), Mileștii Mici Commune, Ialoveni District, Republic of Moldova); Lot 5, Energy Efficiency Measures in the Healthcare Centre in Tipala village (address: Public Medical and Sanitary Institution (PMSI), Țipala Commune, Ialoveni District, Republic of Moldova). The tendering procedure and the contracts shall be subject to NEFCO’s Procurement Policy and Procedures. When preparing their Tenders, Tenderers shall take into account that the works under this Contract are expected to commence in October 2026 and shall be completed no later than August 2027.
