Completion of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), 600 surveys per annum, and borescope surveys.
specialist survey works to capture data of HRA properties that currently have no existing Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or where the current EPC has expired or requires updating, to remain complaint with current legislation.
In-depth survey data will be gathered to highlight current Energy Performance issues and inform future install programmes following the creation of a comprehensive baseline data set.
Contract includes an option to extend the contract term by one year to 31 March 2028.. CPV: Energy-efficiency consultancy services (71314300). Procedure: Call-off from a framework agreement. Suitable for SMEs
