TheMinistry of Commerce and Consumer Protectionis proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential Consultants of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius to submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement System for theEnlistment of Consultancy Services for theDevelopment of Guidelines on Export Products under Preferential Trade Agreements and Capacity Building on Trade Protocols for the Staff of the Trade Division, Ministry of Commerce.2.

Proposalsmust be submitted online on the eProcurement System as perKey Activity Schedule on the e-Procurement System.4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposalsas per time set in the Key Activity Schedule on the e-Procurement System5.
