Predmet javnega naročila je nakup novih vozil, ki bodo prvič po proizvodnji registrirana v Republiki Sloveniji na ime naročnika, kot prvega lastnika. Ponujena vozila morajo izpolnjevati vse obvezne minimalne tehnične zahteve, ki so navedene v tehnični specifikaciji predmeta javnega naročila. V primeru, da ponujena vozila ne bodo izpolnjevala minimalnih tehničnih zahtev, bo naročnik tako ponudbo kot neprimerno izločil iz nadaljnje obravnave. Predmet javnega naročila je okoljsko manj obremenjujoče blago, zato se pri oddaji predmeta javnega naročila upoštevajo zahteve iz Uredbe o zelenem javnem naročanju (Ur. l. RS, št. 51/17, s spremembami).
