Predmet javnega naročila je izvedba investicije z nazivom: 30III-814-00 Gradnja 4 MW baterije na lokaciji FVE Koseze. Predmet javnega naročila obsega izvedbo gradbenih in elektro instalacijskih del pri gradnji sklopa baterijskega hranilnika električne energije (EE), vključno z vzdrževanjem baterijskega hranilnika električne energije (EE) za obdobje štirih (4) let. Sklop baterijskega hranilnika električne energije (HEE) zajema celotno postrojenje, ki zagotavlja shranjevanje in uporabo EE (baterijski hranilnik EE, transformator, stikališče, sistem vodenja, kablaže, …) Baterijski hranilnik EE (BESS) je kontejnizirana enota baterijskih modulov/celic, BMS (Batery management system), PCS (baterijski inverter/pretvornik), krmilni in zaščitni sistemi in komunikacijska oprema) z vso opremo, ki je potrebna za varno delovanje. Predmet javnega naročila je podrobno opredeljen v Tehnični specifikaciji predmeta javnega naročila, ponudbenem predračunu ter Projektu za razpis (PZR), ki so kot priloge sestavni del razpisne dokumentacije.
