Description
Derby City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake proportionate Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) of a selection of site allocations included in the emerging Local Plan.
The procurement process adopted by the Council is based on the Procurement Act 2023 (the "Act") and the Procurement Regulations 2024 (the "Regulations".)
The contract is estimated to commence on 17th June 2026 and expire on 26th August 2026.
