EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) SUBIACO WATER RESOURCE RECOVERY FACILITY (WRRF) TREATMENT CAPACITY UPGRADE EOI INVITATION No. 7000015590 EOI closes at 14:30 AWST on Tuesday 1 December 2026 Water Corporation is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Applicants for their Subiaco WRRF Treatment Capacity Upgrade Project to undertake the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Engineering Phase. A Compulsory EOI briefing will be held online at 10:00 AWST on Thursday 12 November 2026. The Applicant must register their interest to attend the online briefing by email to the Contracts Specialist, Courtney Sharpe at Courtney.Sharpe@watercorporation.com.au by 17:00pm AWST on Tuesday, 10 November 2026. Applicants must include the name, role and contact details (mobile number and email of their authorised representative(s). Applicants are to limit the number of company representatives to a maximum of four (4) attendees.
