Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych związanych adaptacją pomieszczenia usytuowanego w części parteru budynku przy ul. Pogodnej 22 w Białymstoku na potrzeby Centrum Symulacji Medycznej. Roboty budowlane będą prowadzone w ramach branży: konstrukcyjno-budowlanej, elektrycznej i sanitarnej. Część budynku objęta robotami wynosi 72,64 m2. Roboty budowlane będą prowadzone w ramach branży: konstrukcyjno- budowlanej, elektrycznej oraz sanitarnej, przy czym: a) w ramach branży konstrukcyjno-budowlanej będą wykonywane następujące roboty: - rozbiórkowe i demontażowe - wykonanie posadzki na stropie nad piwnicą - zamknięcie kanału technicznego - wykonanie i wykończenie ścian (przestrzeń do debrefingu) - szpachlowanie i malowanie dachu - wykonanie przedścianek - wykonanie pasa z materiału niepalnego - roboty wykończeniowe ścian i sufitu - wyposażenie b) w ramach branży elektrycznej będą wykonywane następujące roboty - instalacje elektryczne - instalacja LAN c) w ramach branży sanitarnej będą wykonywane następujące roboty - instalacja wentylacji mechanicznej - wewnętrzna instalacja wodociągowa - roboty instalacyjne kanalizacyjne - montaż instalacji klimatyzacji Dokładny zakres rzeczowy i ilościowy robót, warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarty został w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia, STWiORB oraz dokumentacji projektowej (w tym: projekcie budowlanym, projekcie wykonawczym, przedmiarze robót), stanowiących załączniki do SWZ.
