Agency: WHO | Reference: EM/RGO/DAF/LSP/P/0009362 | Type: Invitation to bid 13 August 2026 INVITATION TO BID NO EM/RGO/DAF/LSP/P/0009384 (ITB for Provision, Installation, and Configuration of Data System Servers and Software Licenses for EPI-Pakistan) The World Health Organization, Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (WHO/EMRO) seeks offers for the attached list under (section 5: schedule of requirements) For Provision, Installation, and Configuration of Data System Servers and Software Licenses for EPI-Pakistan (as described in section 5: schedule of requirements) which will be used by WHO Pakistan. CLOSING DATE: 26 August 2026, at 11:00 PM (Cairo Local Time (UTC +3)) ITEMS NEEDED: • As per the attached (ANNEX E). INCOTERMS: • DAP WHO Pakistan Office, Pakistan. OR • FCA Nearest Port. OFFERS: • Must comply with specs required in Annex E. • All Technical details and the financial requirements should be completed as per the annexes E. • Queries are welcome to be received exclusively through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) in the correspondence section of this ITB maximum by 18 August 2026. • The Financial offer should be submitted in the attached excel bidding sheet format and in PDF format as well through UNGM. (Annex E) DELIVERY: Bidder shall deliver the goods [4 – 6 Weeks] after contract signature. Evaluation OF OFFERS: • Offers will be sent through UNGM. • Bids will be evaluated technically first, in compliance with the requirements under the annexes of the attached ITB, lowest compliant offer will be selected. • Any alternative offers, whether for one or more items, shall be submitted in separate copy of this sheet as an independent offer. • Please submit your offers in the excel sheet (Annex E) attached.
