Description

Le présent marché concerne l'exécution des travaux de ferblanterie et d'étanchéité liés à l'assainissement des toitures du bâtiment EPSIC Lausanne, incluant : la démolition et l'évacuation contrôlée des couvertures, étanchéités et isolations existantes, la fourniture et pose de nouvelles isolations thermiques et étanchéités bicouches sur toitures plates, ainsi que les ouvrages de ferblanterie (chéneaux, descentes, fermetures de bords et garnitures). Certaines interventions visent également le rétablissement de la végétalisation extensive et des couches de protection/usure des toitures, ainsi que la mise en conformité des dispositifs antichute (lignes de vie, potelets, échelles fixes) pour l'entretien futur des toitures. Le marché comprend en outre l'installation de chantier et les moyens de manutention et de levage nécessaires (monte-charge, camion-grue), ainsi que le tri et l'évacuation des déchets, le tout exécuté selon les règles de l'art, les normes SIA et les directives SUVA
