If in the evaluation of the offers there is a tie between 2 or more bidders regarding their final evaluation, the award will be given to the bidder who obtained the highest score in the "PRICE" criterion. In case the tie situation persists, the second tie-breaking mechanism is established as the award to the provider who obtained the highest score in the "EXPERIENCE" criterion, if the tie remains, the third mechanism is established as the one who obtained the highest score in the "BASE CONTRACTUAL BEHAVIOR" criterion and the last fourth "BUSINESS INTEGRITY AND ETHICS PROGRAM." Consultations made through the forum will be answered within a period not exceeding 48 hours. Technical, economic, and administrative background information submitted by means other than those established in these Tender Documents and within the deadlines indicated in the calendar of activities of the bidding process will not be accepted. It will be the responsibility of the participating bidders to take the necessary precautions to submit their proposals and the requested information in a timely and adequate manner. In case of omission of background information, the proposal will be inadmissible, without further explanation. The bidder declares that, by the mere fact of participating in this tender, they expressly accept this integrity pact, undertaking to comply with each and every one of the stipulations contained therein, without prejudice to those indicated in the rest of these tender documents and other integrating documents.
