Provision of a WAN infrastructure and other services

The subject of the contract is the awarding of services for the provision, operation, and maintenance of a high-performance, highly available, and secure internet connection, including DDoS protection, as well as the associated domain services for LOTTO Hamburg GmbH. Further subject of the contract is the provision of dedicated, redundant, and highly available LAN-to-LAN connections between the office location of LOTTO Hamburg GmbH and the two future data center locations RZ 1 and RZ 2, including the required node- and edge-disjoint routing for this purpose. The subject of the contract also includes the provision of redundant Data Center Interconnects (DCI) using DWDM technology, on the one hand as a temporary connection between the existing data center and RZ 1 to ensure transitional operation until the decommissioning of the existing data center, and on the other hand as a permanent connection between RZ 1 and RZ 2 for the highly available, cross-site regular operation of the data center infrastructure. Further information on the subject of the contract can be found in the following descriptions for Lots 1 and 2. The documents "Service Description LOT 1 (APPENDIX 1 to the EVB-IT System Contract LOT 1)" and "Service Description LOT 2 (APPENDIX 1 to the EVB-IT System Contract LOT 2)" will only be issued to interested companies upon prior submission of a confidentiality declaration (§ 41 Abs. 3 VgV) to protect confidentiality. For this purpose, the documents "Confidentiality Declaration LOT 1 (APPENDIX 8 to the EVB-IT System Contract LOT 1)" or "Confidentiality Declaration LOT 2 (APPENDIX 8 to the EVB-IT System Contract LOT 2)" must be completed and signed and submitted via the messaging module of the electronic tendering information system "subreport" or by email to the contact point mentioned in this announcement.
