Die Abholung der Proben erfolgt werktags Montag bis Freitag in unserem Labor Gebäude 5 am Standort Klingenmünster und hat fachgerecht transportiert zu werden. Die Fahrzeuge müssen mit Temperier-, Kühl- und Gefriervorrichtungen ausgestattet sein. Die Abholzeiten sind zwischen 14.00 und 16.00 Uhr. Detailabsprachen müssen ggf. schriftlich mit unserem Labor geklärt werden. Die Transport- und Verpackungskosten sind in den Einzelpreisen der Proben einzukalkulieren, Transportmedien sind kostenlos zu stellen. Das Aufnahmeinformationszentrum am Standort Klingenmünster wird an Samstagen, Sonntagen oder Feiertagen nach telefonischer Rücksprache im Bedarfsfall angefahren und die Proben dort abgeholt, die Abholung erfolgt in diesem Fall zwischen 11.00 und 14.00 Uhr.
