Earthworks, Drainage Channel, Structural Work, and Reinforced Concrete Works

This tender concerns comprehensive construction services encompassing earthworks, drainage channel installation, structural work, and reinforced concrete construction. The scope of work includes the breaking up and disposal of approximately 680 m2 of bituminous surfaces, excavation of around 3,850 m3 of soil, backfilling of building pits totaling approximately 635 m3, and filling of work areas amounting to approximately 1,800 m3. The project also requires the construction of approximately 140 m2 of a dissolved bored pile wall for shoring.

In terms of drainage, the contract involves installing approximately 250 meters of PP pipes, constructing around 17 inspection manholes, and laying approximately 370 meters of drainage pipes. The reinforced concrete works are substantial, including approximately 145 m3 of lean concrete for soil replacement, 230 m3 of foundation concrete, and the construction of approximately 480 m2 of foundation formwork. Furthermore, the project requires a 1,450 m2 blinding layer, concrete slabs of varying thicknesses (approximately 770 m2 of 20 cm and 610 m2 of 25 cm), and approximately 1,580 m2 of reinforced concrete walls. Ceiling works include approximately 1,000 m2 of reinforced concrete slabs, 170 linear meters of reinforced concrete columns, and the installation of 12 prefabricated stair flights and 80 linear meters of prefabricated base elements. Finally, the scope includes approximately 485 m2 of solid brickwork (KS-Mauerwerk), 850 m2 of bituminous waterproofing, and 680 m2 of perimeter insulation.
