The contracting authorities offer all interested pharmaceutical companies that meet the eligibility requirements specified below the conclusion of identical and not individually negotiated discount agreements. The earliest possible contract start date is August 1, 2026, all contracts end on April 30, 2027. The offer must be submitted by June 21, 2026 at the latest for a contract start on August 1, 2026. For a later contract start, the deadline for submitting offers is the 21st of the respective month for a contract start on the first day of the month after next (Example: Contract start 01.09.2026; deadline for submitting the offer: 21.07.2026). A contract can be concluded at any time during this period, but no later than February 21, 2027. The contracts can be terminated with a notice period of eight weeks to the end of the month. If a discount contract for medicinal products with the active ingredient that is the subject of the contract is concluded nationwide or at the state level in an open procedure for the region of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the Open House agreements will automatically cease to be effective for the corresponding duration. A contract will be concluded with all interested pharmaceutical companies that prove their eligibility by means of a completed and signed self-declaration of reliability. The pharmaceutical entrepreneur must submit the completed and signed contract (the signatory's authority to represent must be evident from the commercial register extract, otherwise a power of attorney must be submitted) along with the completed file "OHV_8c_Mecklenburg-Vorpommern_Festlegung_[Wirkstoffname]_PZN" and the completed and signed self-declaration of reliability.
