The seminar management software must map all processes from the publication and maintenance of event offers, through the maintenance of address data (CRM) including communication options, to post-processing and evaluation in an integrated overall solution. The solution is to be designed for a volume of currently around 500 seminars and 5,000 participants per year. The scope of services includes in particular: Basic term: 24 months; two extension options of 24 months each, maximum contract duration 72 months (subject to grant approval).
