Ervaren financieel adviseur 32-36 uur per week Wat ga je doen? Je werkt in een team van financieel adviseurs en adviseert (project)managers en budgethouders. Je krijgt een uitgebalanceerde portefeuille, waarbij jouw expertise binnen de domeinen (fysiek en/of sociaal) ligt. Samen met je collega?s financieel adviseur zet je de lijnen van het financieel beleid uit en werk je aan de planning en control producten zoals begroting, periodieke rapportages en jaarrekening. Je bewaakt gedurende het jaar de budgetten, waarvan je goed op de hoogte bent. Daarnaast heb je affiniteit en deskundigheid op het gebied van gemeentelijke grondexploitaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner van de manager, budgethouder en het team en adviseert binnen het bedrijfsonderdeel in de volle breedte. Planning en Control is continue in ontwikkeling. Hiervoor volg je de landelijke ontwikkelingen op het terrein van overheidsfinanci?n en maak je van knelpunten een kans om ons financieel beleid te verbeteren. Daarnaast ga je aan de slag met je eigen aandachtsgebieden, passend bij het domein dat je adviseert, of bij je eigen interesses en competenties. Wie ben je en wat heb je in huis? Je hebt een financi?le opleiding gevolgd die aansluit bij deze functie. Je houdt ervan om te adviseren, te analyseren en mee te denken. Jouw analyses zet jij om in heldere adviezen. Hierbij hou jij rekening met vastgelegde regelgeving uit het Besluit Begroten en Verantwoorden (BBV). Dit BBV kent voor jou geen geheimen. Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit in combinatie met een HBO/universitair denkniveau. Communicatief ben je sterk en in staat om mensen in beweging te krijgen. Als ervaren adviseur pak je je rol overtuigend op. Kennis van SAP en LIAS is een pr?, maar geen noodzaak. Voorwaarden opdracht Deze opdracht wordt uitgezet voor 6 maanden met de optie om 2 x 6 maanden te verlengen.We verwachten dat je minimaal 3 dagen per week op het gemeentehuis aanwezig bent.Deze opdracht staat niet open voor zzp?ers.Maximum tarief van ? 120,00.
