Expansion of Welchenberg Primary School Neuenhausen in Grevenbroich | Technical Equipment Planning (Service Description) according to § 55 HOAI

The city of Grevenbroich is planning the expansion of the Welchenberg Primary School Neuenhausen in Grevenbroich to ensure the legal entitlement to all-day care. The school is to be expanded with an annex and the existing building (partially) converted. The measure essentially serves the economic expansion of classrooms with inclusion rooms, rooms for teaching materials, administrative rooms, multi-purpose rooms, sanitary rooms, the library, a canteen with an adjacent dining room and ancillary rooms. This results in a usable floor space requirement of 305 m² according to the room program. For the planning of the classrooms/OGS rooms, a single-track system is to be assumed (exception: 3rd grade two-track). In part, the rooms of the entire room program can be implemented in the existing building through structural conversion and renovation, this is to be investigated. The further areas are to be supplemented by a new building or a replacement new building. The aim is also to minimize energy consumption in the final state as part of an overall energy concept for all buildings. The expansion should also be planned and implemented barrier-free. The continued operation of the school during the construction phase must be ensured through interim measures. These total costs include the costs of cost groups 200 to 700 according to DIN 276 and currently amount to approx. EUR 5,975,000.00 (net). The subject of the present tender procedure are the services of technical planning (service description Technical Equipment) according to § 55 HOAI as well as certain special services in system groups 1 - 6 and 8.
