Haus B ist ein in industrieller Bauweise errichtetes Schulgebäude (DDR Typenprojekt, Wandbauweise WBS 70), 3geschossig mit Flachdach und wurde zu Beginn der 2010er Jahre umfassend saniert. Das Gebäude Haus B wird unter Berücksichtigung folgender Aspekte erweitert: - Erweiterung des Schulgebäudes mit Foyerflächen, Cafeteria und Ausgabeküche, mit 4 Unterrichtsräumen sowie 2 Gruppenräumen - Herstellen der barrierefreien Erschließung des Gebäudes (Anbau Aufzug über alle Geschosse) - Überprüfen und Ergänzen notwendiger sanitärer Anlagen inklusive Herstellens eines barrierefreien WC Die nachfolgend genannten wesentlichen Leistungen werden im vorliegenden Los vergeben: - Bauzaun ca. 350m - Baustraße RC-Schicht ca. 280m3 - Sanitärcontainer 1 Stück - Bauschild - Verkehrsrechtliche Maßnahmen - Bauwasser und Baustrom
