Das LRA Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis beabsichtigt die Erweiterung des Internates und der Landesberufsschule für das Hotel und Gaststättengewerbe, Herdstr. 4 und Zähringerstr. 14, 78050 Villingen-Schwenningen. Bei dem geplanten Erweiterungsbau handelt es sich um ein vier- bzw. fünfgeschossiges Gebäude, in dem 2 Einrichtungen untergebracht werden sollen: - Erweiterung Wohnheim des Internates der Landesberufsschule mit einer BGF von 2.398m² - Erweiterung der Landesberufsschule mit einer BGF von 1.824m² Der ausgeschriebene Auftrag umfasst Fachplanungsleistungen für technische Ausrüstung (Elektroinstallation § 55 HOAI) für die Anla-gengruppen 4/5/6/8 (§ 53 HOAI): - LPH 1-9 - Stufenweise Beauftragung: zunächst LPH 1 bis 4 Weitere Einzelheiten finden sich in der Leistungsbeschreibung.
