Extension of Kita "Zwergenwiese" in 54673 Karlshausen by a third group with an option for a fourth group

For the realization of the extension of Kita Karlshausen, a structural engineer for buildings and outdoor facilities is sought for performance phases 1-6. The local municipality of Karlshausen as the seat municipality and the local municipalities involved in the KITA intend to expand the 2-group daycare center at its current location by a 3rd group in accordance with the current space program of the Bitburg-Prüm district administration. The single-story building is located on the property in the municipality of Karlshausen, cadastral district 5, parcel no. 63/11 (Auf dem Garten 10) in the unzoned interior of the municipality of Karlshausen. The building was constructed in 1980 in solid construction and expanded by one group in 2012. The planning and target vision is to expand the KITA by a 3rd group during ongoing operation (without relocation) and to consider a kitchen (fresh food kitchen) and a multifunctional room that can be used as a dining room in the planning. Currently, the building is heated with a pellet heating system from 2014 and is to be heated in the future with space-saving regenerative heating technology including a PV system. The expansion is to take place on the existing property in the area according to the preliminary design.
