Original language: GermanFür das Regionalgefängnis Altstätten werden im Zusammenhang mit dem Erweiterungsbau sämtliche Sicherheitsanlagen neu erstellt. Es soll eine betrieblich effiziente, wirtschaftlich und sinnvolle Gesamtlösung umgesetzt werden – und dies unter Sicherstellung des fortlaufenden Gefängnisbetriebs. Die Ausschreibung umfasst 7 Leistungsverzeichnisse für die einzelnen Sicherheitssysteme, mit je 4 Submissionsteilen. Teil 1 «Neubau», Teil 2 «Übergang Bestand EG», Teil 3 «Sanierung Bestand 2.OG und DG» und Teil 4 «Umbau Bestand EG und 1.OG». Die Submissionsteile 3 und 4 sind Optionen, welche in den Gesamtkosten berücksichtigt werden müssen.
