Description
Original language: GermanDie Samtgemeinde Hollenstedt beabsichtigt das bestehende Feuerwehrgerätehaus der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr Wenzendorf zu erweitern. Die am Bestandsgebäude angebaute Fahrzeughalle soll abgerissen und durch eine neu errichtete Fahrzeughalle als Zweckbau mit drei Fahrzeugstellplätzen und Funktionsräumen ersetzt werden. Das bleibende Bestandgebäude soll saniert werden. Das Feuerwehrgerätehaus soll nach Fertigstellung den FUK-Richtlinien entsprechen. Die Leistungen werden ausgeschrieben nach HOAI für Technische Gebäudeausstattung HLS in den Leistungsphasen 1-9. Eine stufenweise Beauftragung ist vorgesehen. Es sollen zunächst die Leistungsphasen 1-4 und anschließend die Leistungsphasen 5-9 beauftragt werden. Der Baubeginn soll in 2026 erfolgen.
