Description

The Council is seeking to appoint a contractor under the (reference 343_24) Energy Performance of Buildings Services Framework Agreement for the provision of Display Energy Certificates and Advisory Reports.
The scope of services will be procured under the following framework lot:
Lot 3 - Provision of Display Energy Certificates (DECs)
Provision of DECs to East Sussex County Council Corporate Sites listed under Schedule 1 of DEC specification. East Sussex County Council will offer their schools and academies the opportunity to use the contracted supplier, Schedule 2 of DEC specification.

This procurement supports the Council's commitment to sustainability, regulatory compliance, and energy performance improvement across its estate.
The Council hereby invites contractors appointed to the Lot 3 to submit a proposal and quotation for the provision of Display Energy Certificates (DEC). The Council's requirements are detailed in this Invitation to Mini Competition (ITMC) documentation and bidders are required to respond in accordance with the conditions outlined in this document ('ITMC Guidance'). The contract awarded will be under the call off contract terms and conditions for the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) Consultancy Services Framework Agreement (reference 343_24).
