Description
Panel established under Competitive Procedure with Negotiation on the basis that the service comprises a Title III Service in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU. The panel will be established for six (6) years with the option for additional annual advertising to recruit certain skills if required. Applications can be received at any time over the life of the Panels, any party who fails to qualify may re-apply at any time Dublin City Council seeks to establish a Panel for Arts , and Cultural Programming, Event Management, Arts and Cultural Programme/Project Co-ordination, and Arts and Cultural Programme Assessment Services for the Dublin City Arts Office. The Panel will be established with the following 5 Lots: Lot 1 Arts and Cultural Programming and Co-ordination Services (estimated value over the lifetime of the Panel €1million) Lot 2 Arts and Cultural Project Co-ordination Services (estimated value over the lifetime of the Panel €1million) Lot 3 Arts and Cultural Programme/Project Assessment Services – To Assess Applications for Arts Grants (estimated value over the lifetime of the Panel €0.4million) Lot 4 Event Management Services for Artistic/Cultural Events (estimated value over the lifetime of the Panel €2million) Lot 5 Arts and Cultural Programming, Design and Co-ordination Services combined with Event Management – Larger Arts and Cultural Festivals (estimated value over the lifetime of the Panel €5million) For further information please refer to documentation available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie Resource ID 6176711 .
