Oppdragsgiver inviterer til konkurranse om etablering, drift og vedlikehold av døgnhvileplass for tungtransport langs E16 på strekningen Håbakken - Voss Oppdragsgiver har behov for om lag 50 oppstillingsplasser for tungtransport på strekningen E16 Håbakken–Voss. Den enkelte døgnhvileplass skal ha minimum 10 og maksimum 30 oppstillingsplasser, og skal inneholde serviceanlegg med toalett/dusj. Ladestasjoner etableres i tråd med krav i punkt 3.2 t. Døgnhvileplassen skal oppfylle skal-kravene i kapittel 3. Det er adgang til å gi tilbud på én eller flere lokasjoner som oppfyller kravene i konkurransegrunnlaget. Hver tilbudt døgnhvileplass vil bli vurdert som et selvstendig tilbud. Oppdragsgiver skal maksimalt ha én døgnhvileplass per kommune. Det vil derfor maksimalt tildeles én kontrakt for døgnhvileplass per kommune. Oppdragsgiver kan tildele kontrakt til én eller flere leverandører. Tilbudene vil bli evaluert og rangert etter konkurransens tildelingskriterier. Kontrakt vil bli tildelt det eller de tilbudene som samlet sett gir det beste forholdet mellom pris og kvalitet og som best dekker oppdragsgivers behov for oppstillingsplasser på strekningen. Døgnhvileplassen skal være klar til åpning senest 16 måneder etter at kontrakten er signert og kontrakten gjelder i 10 år fra åpningstidspunktet.
