L’objet du marché porte sur l’établissement d’un plan directeur de zone industrielle et artisanale sur la zone industrielle de Plan-les-Ouates (ci-après « établissement d’un PDZIA-ZIPLO »). Il s’agit d’un marché de services liés à des prestations d’urbanistes/architectes/architectes paysagistes, d’ingénieurs mobilité et d’ingénieurs environnement. Les adjudicateurs organisent un appel d’offres en procédure ouverte soumise à l’AIMP 2001 et à l’AMP-OMC au sens de l'article 12 du règlement sur les marchés publics (L6 05.01), sans poursuite de mandat.
