Dynamic procurement system for geotechnical investigations for the South Ostrobothnia, Central Finland, Pirkanmaa, North Ostrobothnia, and Lapland ELY Centers 2024-2027

This tender concerns the establishment of a dynamic procurement system (DPS) for geotechnical investigation services, to be utilized by the ELY Centres (Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment) of South Ostrobothnia, Central Finland, Lapland, North Ostrobothnia, and Pirkanmaa. The DPS will allow eligible suppliers to join by submitting an application as per the procurement notice. Once admitted to the DPS, suppliers will compete for contracts related to geotechnical investigations for general, road, and construction plans. The scope may also extend to geotechnical studies for investment projects. The procurement of these geotechnical investigation assignments will primarily be conducted on a unit-price basis through separate competitive tenders within the DPS. The geographical scope of these procurements covers the regions of South Ostrobothnia, Ostrobothnia, Central Ostrobothnia, Central Finland, Lapland, Pirkanmaa, North Ostrobothnia, and Kainuu. Please note that participation applications will not be processed during the period from Midsummer to the end of July, nor between December 15th and Epiphany. This dynamic system aims to streamline the procurement of essential geotechnical services for infrastructure development across these key regions in Finland, ensuring efficient and competitive sourcing of expertise for various planning and investment needs.
