Original language: GermanDie bestehenden Kältemaschinen werden stillgelegt und zurückgebaut, ebenso der bestehende Kühlturm auf dem Hochhaus CHN. Es werden drei neue Kältemaschinen erstellt (tot. 4.3 MW Kälteleistung), mit der Möglichkeit zum Ausbau einer vierten Maschine. Die Abwärme wird über einen neuen Kühlturm (Standort Dach Hochhaus) und drei Hybridrückkühler (neuer Standort Geschoss J) abgeführt. Eine der vier Kältemaschinen kann als Wärmpumpe genutzt werden, die erzeugte Wärmeenergie wird für Heizzwecke genutzt. Zur einwandfreien Lieferung gehören alle fachgerechten, fertig ausgeführten Arbeiten inkl. aller dazugehörigen Nebenarbeiten und Materiallieferungen. Alle zum Betrieb und der des Rückkühlers erforderlichen Bestandteile sind inkludiert Ausgenommen sind die Elektroarbeiten und die hydraulischen Anschlüsse (gemäss Leistungsverzeichnis).
