- Bridge over the La Digue River, in the Ouest department.
2.- Without limitation, the Services primarily include the following tasks:
- Conduct feasibility studies and detailed technical studies, including multi-criteria analysis of alternative site locations for the structures;
- Carry out topographic and bathymetric surveys, hydrological, hydraulic, geomorphological, geological, and geotechnical studies, as well as the required investigations and laboratory tests;
- Conduct environmental and social studies in accordance with the World Bank's Environmental and Social Framework, including ESIA, ESMP and, as needed, resettlement instruments;
- Design the bridges, their access roads, hydraulic structures, and bank protection, integrating climate resilience, road safety, and disaster risk reduction;
- Prepare plans, bills of quantities, cost estimates, technical specifications, maintenance strategies, and complete tender documents, and conduct the required consultations with stakeholders.

4.-The Central Execution Unit (UCE) of the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Communications invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to express their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants must provide information demonstrating that they possess the required qualifications and relevant experience. The shortlisting criteria are as follows:
- Be a legally constituted firm or group, with the necessary technical, organizational, and management capabilities, as well as the capacity to work and produce reports in French

- Demonstrate relevant experience in hydrology, hydraulics, geomorphology, sediment management, river engineering, bank protection, geotechnical investigations, and foundation design;
- Demonstrate experience in environmental and social studies (particularly ESIA, ESMP, and resettlement instruments) and in integrating climate resilience and disaster risk reduction;
- Experience in assignments financed by international financial institutions and experience in Haiti or the Caribbean region will be considered assets.
