L’accord-cadre est conclu avec un seul opérateur économique et exécuté : - en partie par l’émission de bons de commande, pour les prestations décrites dans les documents contractuels (dans les conditions fixées aux articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code) ; - et en partie par la conclusion de marchés subséquents pour les besoins dont toutes les stipulations contractuelles ne sont pas fixées dans les documents de l’accord-cadre (conformément aux articles R2162-7, R2162-11 et R2162-12 du Code).
