Liquid medical oxygen - DPC

Procurement of liquid medical oxygen (in tanks) for the Dél-pesti Centrumkórház - National Hematology and Infectious Diseases Institute, for a total quantity of 372,000 m3 under the framework agreement. Item: 1/1. Liquid medical oxygen V03AN01 The Contracting Authority undertakes to purchase a quantity of 300,000 m3. (The Contracting Authority determined the extent of the purchase obligation according to § 6 (2a) of Government Decree 16/2012. (II.16.)). The Contracting Authority refers to the fact that the actual quantity used is always dependent on patient flow and the occurring clinical pictures, which is an objective circumstance that cannot be precisely calculated or measured in advance. For the tanks, the frequency of maintenance and the tasks to be performed are not prescribed by the customer, but it will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to ensure the safe and operational condition of the tank for delivery, taking into account the legal requirements for medical gases. All packaging of the offered medical gases must be registered with the OGYEI in Hungary. The medical gas products, classified as medicines, must comply with the quality requirements of the Hungarian Pharmacopoeia VIII (Ph.Hg. VIII.). It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to commission a new system technically equivalent to the existing system, replacing the current tanked oxygen supply at the hospital site (without service interruption). Invoicing will be based on the actual ordered/received products and quantities during the contract period, at the unit prices offered in the successful bid. The unit prices from the successful bid will be stated in the contract. The detailed technical description and detailed quantity determination are specified in the additional procurement documents supplementing the call for tenders. Pursuant to § 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.) (Decree), the Contracting Authority states that the reference to a product, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark of a specific make, origin, or type, as defined in the call for tenders and procurement documents, is made solely to clearly define the subject matter, and the term "or equivalent" shall be understood to apply to the designation. The bidder is responsible for proving equivalence.
