Original language: daUdbuddet omhandler beplantningspleje i og omkring byerne Aakirkeby, Østermarie, Østerlars og Gudhjem. Udbuddet omfatter i hovedtræk følgende hovedmængder: 26 ha græs 12.000 m2 løs belægning 5.000 m2 fuget belægning 450 m2 blomster 2.000 m2 buske 650 stk. træer 1500 lbm hæk 0,4 ha lund 15 ha skov 0,4 ha krat Særlige forhold: Der er for nærværende kontrakt fastsat en afregningssum for den udbudte opgave på 1.300.000 kr. ekskl. moms pr. år. Afregningssummen dækker ordinær pleje samt merværdi for samtlige arbejdssteder samt drift af Grønningen og Smedetorvet i Aakirkeby jf. B neden for. A - Tilbudsgiver skal tilbyde merværdi i form af en tilbudsliste der angiver værdien af den pulje der er til rådighed for Ordregiver, efter udførelsen af den ordinære beplantningspleje. Besvarelse sker ved udfyldelse af det vedlagte Bilag 2 – Tilbudsliste. B - Kommunen har valgt en ”Case Grønningen og Smedetorvet” i Aakirkeby jf. bilag 3, hvor Tilbudsgiver skal byde ind med forslag til kvalitetsløft. Den tilbudte løsning for Grønningen vedr. Delområde 2 Parkeringsplads NaturBornholm betragtes som en leverandørydelse for hvad angår anlægsomkostningerne. Leverandøren afholder selv anlægsomkostningerne og de indgår ikke i afregningssummen. De efterfølgende driftsomkostninger afholdes inden for afregningssummen som enten ordinær pleje eller klippekort. Se endvidere pkt. 5.1.2 vedr. evaluering heraf. Kontrakten er 4-årig og træder i kraft den 1. januar 2027 og udløber den 31. december 2030. Kommunen har option på forlængelse i op til yderligere 2 x 12 måneder.
