Strategische Beratung bei der Weiterentwicklung von mobil.nrw und den dazugehörigen Maßnahmen inklusive möglicher Abstimmungen mit weiteren externen Beteiligten sowie die Erarbeitung von landesweit übergeordneten und Verkehrsverbünde-übergreifenden Maßnahmen oder Materialien der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit in Verbindung mit mobil.nrw oder landesweit übergeordneten SPNV-Institutionen. 3. Konzeption und Gestaltung von Video, Grafik und Text für alle Kanäle, Werbemittel, Medien und Kampagnen inkl. Mediaplanung und Dokumentation. 4. Fortführung, Weiterentwicklung sowie Optimierung (technisch und inhaltlich) der aktuellen Kommunikationskanäle, auch mittels SEO, GEO, SEA und Vorschläge evtl. besser geeigneter Kanäle. 5. Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen. 6. Produktionsabwicklung und Distribution der erstellten Medien. Dazu zählt die Einholung von mindestens drei Angeboten jeder geplanten Dienstleistung (im Printbereich nach Möglichkeit Blauer-Engel-Papier, bei Werbeträgern aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien in minimaler Verpackung und kurze sowie umweltschonende Produktionswege/Lieferketten) sowie der Projekt- und Vertriebskoordination zwischen allen Beteiligten. 7. Bedarfsabfragen über den KCM-Kampagnenmanager (MEO-Media). 8. Bereitstellung aller digitalen Medien im Partnerbereich auf partner.mobil.nrw, anlass-bezogen auch im offenen Format. 9. Planung/Pflege des Redaktionsplans der Social-Media-Kanäle auf Monatsbasis. 10. Monatliche Reports der Social-Media-Kanäle und Websites. 11. Erstellung von jährlichen Kommunikationsplänen für die einzelnen Projekte als Basis der Budget- und Projektplanung zwischen KCM und Ministerium. 12. CMS-Updates und allg. Pflege der Domains www.mobil.nrw und www.kompetenzcenter.nrw (beide TYPO3) und bei Bedarf Integration externer Tools/Templates/Formulare unter Wahrung des Corporate Designs (s. Anlage 3). 13. Bei Bedarf Fortschreibung des Corporate Designs von mobil.nrw, der Mobilstationen von mobil.nrw (beide Frontify) sowie der Kompetenzcenter NRW in Bezug auf neue Medien und Submarken. 14. Ggf.
