De opdracht betreft de ontmanteling en selectieve sloop van een site gelegen te Westpoeselstraat 1A, 8647 Lo-Reninge. Deze opdracht maakt deel uit van het project “Weerbare Westhoek in Werkelijkheid”, dat wordt medegefinancierd door de Europese Unie via het Europees Fonds voor Regionale Ontwikkeling (EFRO) en door Vlaanderen via het Fonds voor Innoveren en Ondernemen (FIO). Dit perceel ligt in een fluviaal overstromingsgebied en het gebouw is niet te beschermen tegen frequente overstromingen. Met dit dossier wordt het perceel waterbufferend heringericht (actie A17). De werken omvatten : de volledige ontruiming van de site; de afbraak van de woning, loods, bijgebouwen en alle aanhorigheden; het verwijderen van verhardingen, infrastructuren en ondergrondse constructies; de selectieve inzameling en verwerking van alle afvalstromen, inclusief asbest, conform de geldende regelgeving, het sloopopvolgingsplan en het veiligheids- en gezondheidsplan; het aanvullen tot op maaiveld en inzaaien.
