Description

The Department of the Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation, Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) invite suitably qualified suppliers to submit an offer for the P264001 - Eurong Office Construction Works project. K'gari is a UNESCO World Heritage Area located off the coast of Queensland. Recognised as the largest sand island in the world, K'gari boasts a rich tapestry of natural and cultural values, making it a vital site for conservation and tourism. The QPWS Eurong operational base was constructed in 1989 and is no longer fit for purpose, with a refurbishment required to address current demand and operational requirements. This procurement seeks a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Contractor to deliver construction works for the Eurong office refurbishment to address building asset condition requirements, optimise workstation areas and quiet rooms and enhance the incident room, kitchen and amenities.
