Description

The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) seeks to procure the services of a qualified survey firm to implement the European Health Interview Survey (EHIS4) in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska, and the Brčko District. Working under the technical guidance of the World Bank's Living Standards Measurement Study (LSMS) team, the firm will be responsible for the full range of operational activities required to produce high-quality, internationally comparable survey data in accordance with Eurostat standards. The scope of work includes survey preparation and operational planning; development, testing, and implementation of electronic data collection and data entry systems; recruitment, training, and supervision of field personnel; implementation of fieldwork and quality assurance procedures; data processing, cleaning, and production of EHIS4-compliant datasets; and preparation of complete survey documentation, metadata, codebooks.
