Europees niet-openbare aanbesteding - Aanpak dorpenlint Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Oldambt In de gemeente Oldambt is sprake van schadeherstel en versterking van woningen als gevolg van de aardbevingsproblematiek n.a.v. de jarenlange gaswinning. Vanuit het rijk zijn in 2020 middelen toegezegd voor investeringen in openbare ruimte in gebieden waar versterking plaatsvindt. Naar aanleiding van deze beschikbare middelen heeft de gemeente Oldambt in de periode van medio 2023 t/m eind 2025 een participatietraject met diverse werkgroepen uit de verschillende dorpen (Nieuw Scheemda, ’t Waar en Nieuwolda) in het zogeheten ‘dorpenlint’ doorlopen. In dit traject zijn diverse plannen opgesteld, die moeten leiden tot verbetering van het openbaar gebied en waarbij dit onder andere de leefbaarheid ten goede komt. Daarbij is gezamenlijk gezocht naar koppelkansen met andere opgaven in het openbare gebied en zijn diverse subsidie-/financieringsstromen gecombineerd. Zodoende kon de totale investering en daarmee verbetering van het openbare gebied in de dorpen nog meer worden verbeterd.
