Europese openbare aanbesteding RAW-Raamovereenkomst Groenonderhoud Culemborgerwaard en Vijfheerenlanden Aanleiding voor deze aanbestedingsprocedure betreft het aflopen van de huidige Overeenkomst voor de maaiwerkzaamheden in het gebied Culemborgerwaard en Vijfheerenlanden. Ook in de toekomst blijft de behoefte aan deze dienstverlening bestaan. Daarom is WSRL voornemens om een nieuwe Overeenkomst af te sluiten door middel van deze aanbestedingsprocedure. Gewenste situatie De aflopende overeenkomst was in de vorm van een traditioneel RAW-bestek. Waterschap Rivierenland heeft deze contractvorm intern geëvalueerd en vervolgens besloten om nieuwe contracten voor groenonderhoud aan te besteden in de vorm van RAW-Raamovereenkomsten. Waterschap Rivierenland wenst met één Inschrijver een Raamovereenkomst te sluiten. Gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst zullen deelopdrachten worden uitgezet, hier kunnen geen rechten aan worden ontleend. Het uit voeren groenonderhoud bestaat globaal uit: voorbereidende werkzaamheden (o.a. communiceren met perceel eigenaren); uitmaaien watergangen (periode 1_voorjaar); uitmaaien watergangen (periode 2_zomer); uitmaaien watergangen (periode 3_najaar); maaien en opruimen natuurvriendelijke oevers (NVO's) en onderhoudspaden; vrijmaaien schouwdammen; uitmaaien kunstwerken en stuwen; ter beschikking stellen van personeel en materieel.
