Opdrachtgever: Stichting Lokaal en Internationaal Funderend Onderwijs (SILFO)
Stichting Onderwijsgroep Oost-Brabant is penvoerder voor een Europese aanbesteding volgens de openbare procedure voor de opdracht Implementatiepartner AFAS28. De opdracht ziet op het contracteren van één AFAS-implementatiepartner voor de fusieorganisatie van Secvo, Silfo en OGOB.
De opdracht omvat het inrichten van AFAS volgens Best Practices, gegevensmigratie uit de bestaande drie AFAS-systemen naar AFAS28, het inrichten van koppelingen met omliggende applicaties, training van gebruikers en advisering bij het inrichten van de beheerorganisatie. AFAS28 dient per 1 januari 2028 in bedrijf te zijn. Fase 2 eindigt uiterlijk op 30 juni 2028.
