De gemeenten Amstelveen en Aalsmeer beschikken over een omvangrijke vastgoedportefeuille waarvoor actuele en betrouwbare onderhoudsinformatie noodzakelijk is om planmatig beheer, onderhoud en investeringsbeslissingen te kunnen onderbouwen. De aanleiding voor deze overeenkomst is de behoefte aan het (her)inspecteren van het gemeentelijk vastgoed conform NEN 2767, het actualiseren van de bestaande inventarisaties en meerjarenonderhoudsplannen (MJOP's) en het opstellen van duurzame meerjarenonderhoudsplannen (DMJOP's) voor een deel van de portefeuille. De omvang van de afname is 180 objecten zoals in bijlage B uiteengezet, verdeeld over aankomende drie jaren 2027, 2028 en 2029.
