De aanbestedende dienst wil middels deze aanbesteding op rechtmatige wijze een raamovereenkomst sluiten met één (1) dienstverlener (intermediairsfunctie) voor de bemiddeling van vervoer (vlieg- en/of internationale treinticket) en verblijven ten behoeve van medewerkers van aanbestedende dienst. Dit wil zeggen één dienstverlener, één tussenpersoon, één (service)loket en één eenduidig en integraal (financieel en operationeel) proces ter ondersteuning van de organisatie van vervoer- en verblijfsfaciliteiten. Dit met als doelstellingen: Vervoer- en verblijfsfaciliteiten buiten Nederland efficiënt, duurzaam en rechtmatig in te kopen; Flexibiliteit en ontzorging te kunnen bieden aan haar medewerkers; Het realiseren van een optimale prijs- kwaliteitverhouding; Het realiseren van een optimaal passend aanbod met betrekking tot vervoer- en verblijfsfaciliteiten.
