Wat ga je doen Als evenementen adviseur ga je voor een goede samenwerking zorgen tussen de gemeente en evenementenorganisatoren. Samen met organisaties loop je het gehele aanvraag proces door. Je blijft gedurende het gehele proces de contactpersoon van alle interne en externe belanghebbenden. Na afloop evalueer je het verloop samen met de organisatoren het verloop van het evenement, om ervoor te zorgen dat de vervolgedities nog beter verlopen. Naast het gezamenlijk doorlopen van het proces denk je mee over het evenementenbeleid. Je kijkt welke evenementen goed passen binnen onze gemeente en koppelt deze aan lokale initiatieven om Den Helder op de kaart te zetten zoals het Helders perspectief, de Regio Deal of de Maritieme Deal. Verder: Ben je aanspreekpunt voor de interne organisatie op het gebied van evenementen;Heb je aandacht voor de veiligheid van evenementen tijdens het gehele proces;Denk je mee over gehele aanvraagproces en waar nodig voer je verbeteringen door;Stimuleer je als verbinder de samenwerking tussen de verschillende organisaties;Beantwoord je vragen over de evenementen vanuit de organisatorenVoer je ondersteunende werkzaamheden uit binnen ons subteam cultuur, sport en economieNa gunning dient de gegunde partij een VOG van de kandidaat te overleggen.Indien blijkt dat na gunning aan voorgaande niet wordt voldaan betekent dit dat de gunning automatisch komt te vervallen.
