Scope of Work▪Develop a comprehensive, Lot-specific Event ManagementPlancovering all logisticalcoordination, operational requirements, staffing arrangements and contingencymeasures.▪Prepare detailed event run-of-show schedules and stakeholder engagementplans.▪Designandexecutevenuelayout,stageconfiguration,trafficflow,andproductionsetupin coordination with UNDP and the hostinstitution.▪Advise on branding requirements, including banners, backdrops and souvenirs (to be produced by UNDP communicationsteam).▪Provide,installandmanagealltechnicalproductionrequirements,includingstage,lighting, sound systems, LED screens, audiovisual equipment, and interpretation services where applicable.▪Coordinate guest management, RSVP processes,VIP/protocolhandling, ushering, and liaison with securitypersonnel.▪Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management and contingency plan for each event.▪Provideon-siteeventcoordination,andsupervisionthroughoutset-up,eventday,and breakdown.▪Installallbrandingelementsatthevenuenolaterthan24hoursbeforetheeventPlease indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
