Description

The OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) project, "Involving and Supporting Youth in

Crisis Management and Post-Conflict Rehabilitation in Ukraine," is implemented in cooperation with the

Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.

The OSCE will support the Ministry of Youth in addressing problems of the functioning of youth centres and youth CSOs in wartime and during the post-conflict rehabilitation period.

Within the ExB Project, it planned to conduct a forum on youth participation in crisis management and post-conflict rehabilitation. The Forum will provide a platform for national and international NGOs, government officials, youth centres, youth organizations, and entrepreneurs from across the country to discuss existing gaps, challenges, opportunities, best practices and proposed solutions in the sphere of engaging young people in decision-making processes in the area of crisis management and post-conflict rehabilitation.

Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires a conference service company to provide logistical and technical

support for organizing Youth Forum “Molodvizh” on youth participation in crisis management and post-conflict

rehabilitation to be held on 6 September 2025 in Lviv.
