Description
The Queensland Parliamentary Service is calling for tender submissions to complete the fitout and relocation of the Everton Electorate Office. The scope requires the certified design and construction of the Electorate Office at Level 2, 535 South Pine Road, Everton Park, and decommissioning and relocation from the existing electorate office at Level 1, 510-520 South Pine Road, Everton Park. The project includes and is not limited to certified design, construction of internal partition walls, electrical works, mechanical services works, hydraulic services works, joinery, flooring, glazing, access control & security hardware installation, removal and relocation of office furniture, equipment and items, supply and installation of FF&E, final finishes, certification, and provision of a full suite of as-built and O&M documentation. The mandatory briefing session will be held on 24 June 2026 at 10am at Level 2, 535 South Pine Road, Everton Park.
