A continuación, se presenta un resumen del trabajo a realizar: La presente consultoría tiene como finalidad brindar acompañamiento técnico a la Fundación GAAT y la Corporación Caribe Afirmativo para contribuir al fortalecimiento de sus capacidades programáticas y de sostenibilidad, en el marco del proyecto Integramos, orientado a promover la integración socioeconómica de personas migrantes, refugiadas y de la comunidad LGBTIQ+. La persona consultora deberá: • Realizar un diagnóstico participativo de ambas organizaciones para identificar capacidades institucionales, fortalezas, oportunidades de mejora y prioridades de acompañamiento. • Formular planes de acción orientados al fortalecimiento programático de cada organización, priorizando el programa Talento Trans de la Fundación GAAT y la estrategia institucional para la empleabilidad de la población atendida por la Corporación Caribe Afirmativo. • Desarrollar un proceso de acompañamiento técnico que contribuya al fortalecimiento de capacidades organizacionales mediante espacios individuales, actividades conjuntas e intercambio de saberes entre ambas organizaciones. • Elaborar recomendaciones y hojas de ruta orientadas al fortalecimiento de los portafolios de servicios, la articulación con actores estratégicos y la sostenibilidad institucional de ambas organizaciones.
