En este contexto, la consultoría busca articular a los principales actores del ecosistema de empleo de la ciudad de Medellín mediante procesos participativos y espacios de cocreación que permitan adaptar y fortalecer herramientas y metodologías desarrolladas por la OIT y el ACNUR. Como resultado, se espera consolidar una Caja de Herramientas para la Contratación Equitativa pertinente, práctica y replicable, que responda a las necesidades del contexto colombiano y pueda implementarse y adaptarse en diferentes territorios del país.
