Description

The Government of Alberta is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide comprehensive, end-to-end integrated media planning and buying services in support of provincial communications, public engagement, and advertising initiatives. The successful Contractor will develop and execute strategic media plans across digital and traditional media channels, ensuring campaigns effectively reach target audiences and achieve measurable outcomes. Services will include, but are not limited to: Strategic media planning and audience targeting; Development of integrated, multi-channel media strategies; Media buying, negotiation, and placement across digital and traditional channels; Campaign implementation, trafficking, and management; Ongoing campaign monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting; Financial administration and reconciliation of media expenditures; Coordination with ministries, stakeholders, and external suppliers; and Provision of media insights, analytics, and value-added advisory services. The objective of this procurement is to establish a supplier relationship that delivers strategic expertise, operational excellence, value for money, and measurable results while supporting the Province's evolving communications and advertising needs.
