Other information Qualification requirement on consulting firm 1. The consulting firm shall be a legally registered entity within the People’s Republic of China with independent legal person status. Eligible institutions include research institutes, universities, technical service enterprises, or specialized research organizations with the necessary qualifications to undertake scientific research projects or provide technical services in the fields of agriculture and animal husbandry. The consulting firm shall have been established for no less than three years, possess sound financial standing and standardized organizational management, and have no record of major legal or disciplinary violations in the past three years. 2.The consulting firm shall possess strong research capabilities in agriculture and animal husbandry, with a solid understanding of Guangxi’s ecological environment, livestock resource characteristics, and relevant policy requirements. It should have a professional research foundation in areas such as animal genetics and breeding, molecular biology, nutritional regulation, and healthy farming.
